Chicken Manchurian

A tasty and famous Indo-Chinese formula Chicken Manchurian. Chicken pieces cooked in zesty Chinese sauce. This is taken from one of the sites. Made this with Chinese browned rice and sweet corn soup. This dish is entirely delectable.


  • 1 Kg chicken (cut into medium length pieces)
  • 2 tbsp. ginger garlic cleaved finely
  • Green chilies finely cleaved
  • 1 cup spring onion, hacked
  • Red bean stew powder 1 tsp or according to taste
  • Sugar
  • 1 tsp. soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp. loaded tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp. red bean stew sauce
  • 3 tbsp. loaded corn flour
  • Red shading a pinch
  • Salt according to required
  • 1-1½ cup chicken stock or water (according to the consistency of sauce you need)

Preparation method of Chicken Manchurian

  • To start with wash the chicken pieces altogether and let it dry on an absorbent paper.
  • In a boule include chicken pieces, 2tbsp corn flour and sugar and little salt.
  • Give it a chance to marinade for 1 to 2 hours. Profound broil the chicken pieces.
  • In a wok, warmth a little oil and include ginger garlic and green chilies to it and sear for a moment.
  • Presently include half of the spring onions alongside red bean stew powder and pinch of color.
  • Add the browned chicken to it.
  • Presently include soya sauce tomato ketchup and red bean stew sauce in it.adjust the salt
