Ingredients

Poori:
  • Flour 2 cups (Makes around 20)

Halwa:
  • Sujji (semolina) 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Seeds of little Illaichi 3
  • Yellow sustenance shading (discretionary)

Preparation method

  • Poori: Make the batter with flour and 2 tsp oil and water as required.
  • Make into little puris (flapjack like) as level as you can and profound sear in hot oil.
  • Aloo ki Bhujia: Cut the potatoes into little 3D shapes.
