  • Potatoes 2
  • Carrot (cleaved) 1
  • Peas ½ cup
  • Salt As required
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Rice Flour ½ container
  • Egg white 1
  • Green bean stew 2 (hacked)
  • Mint 7-8 leaves (cleaved)
  • Oil for broil
For Curry
  • Oil ½ container
  • Onion (cleaved) 2
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic glue 1 tbsp
  • Red bean stew powder ½ tbsp
  • Grind coriander ½ tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Chicken cubes 1 packet
  • Salt As required

Preparation Method

  • Boil and peel potatoes and crush them. Presently granulate together carrot and peas and blend them in crush potatoes.
  • Include salt, red bean stew powder, white cumin, garam masala powder, rice flour and egg white. Blend all fixings well and make little Kofta balls.
