  • For nachos batter
  • ½ cup wheat flour
  • ¾ cup corn flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp hot oil
  • Oil for heating
  • For salsa sauce
  • ¼ cup cleaved tomatoes
  • ¼ cup cleaved red chime pepper
  • ¼ cup cleaved green chime pepper
  • ¼ cup cleaved yellow chime pepper
  • 2 bulbs cleaved spring onion
  • 2 tsp Chili sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • Chopped coriander as required For enhancement
  • Chopped bell peppers as required

Preparation Method of Nachos Salsa Dip

  • To plan batter for nachos in a dish include wheat flour, baking powder, corn flour, salt and sieve it. Include water and knead it into a mixture.
  • Include hot oil and blend it in the dough.
  • Dust flour and fold a large slight sheet out of it.
  • With the assistance of a pizza cutter cut the sheet into triangles.
  • Deep-fried these prepared nachos and removed them on a tissue paper.
  • To get ready salsa sauce in a bowl include crushed tomatoes, chopped bell peppers, lemon juice, Chili sauce, chopped spring onion bulbs, tomato sauce, salt, tomato puree, hacked coriander and blend well.
  • Serve the nachos with salsa dip sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped bell peppers.
