Make your savoury Paneer Spring Roll with stuffing paneer inside a thinly wrapped shaped cylindrical pastry.  Paneer spring roll often eaten as snacks and especially enjoy this recipe with friends during holiday.  it’s one of the most crispy paneer roll chinese starter. Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • Salt as per to taste
  • Red chili powder, a squeeze
  • Vegetable oil for profound fricasseeing
For Filling
  • 1/4 cup paneer (shredded cottage cheese),
  • 1/4 cup cabbage, macerate
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot,
  • 1/4 cup bell-pepper, cut into 1/2-inch long thin strips
  • 1 tbsp peas, crisp or frozen
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (coriander leaves), finely slashed
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (if you want)
  • Salt as per to taste

Preparation Method of Paneer Spring Roll

  • Take a bowl, Add the flours along with a little salt with red chilli powder and make it smooth dough with enough water. Graze with a little oil and cover and keep aside.
  • Keep the oil in a frying-pan and heat it. In the case of utilizing crisp peas, saute the peas until almost mild.
  • Add those veggies as you want like carrot, cabbage and bell-pepper, along with salt and red chili powder and stir-fried for a few minutes.
  • Add the paneer and shredded for a  few seconds. Put it in a plate and let cool it.  Blend in the cilantro and lime juice.
  • Make it dough pieces into 1-inch diameter balls. Bring a dough ball and wrapped on a floured surface into a slight roti (when the dough ball thinner,  then better while fried, then become crunchy).
  • Keep the sizes  as you want and cut  the edges into rectangle shaped  (around 5-6 inches in a length and 4-inches wide), and slashed the roti into 2 squares .
  • Put the veggie and paneer filling  as you want, on a square roti and wrapped paneer. Close the edges from one side and again repeat with the remaining square.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet and fried the paneer spring roll until softly golden and place on a wire rack or phulka grill to cool.
  • Again repeat with the remaining spring rolls.
  •  Again fried all the paneer spring roll while golden and let it be cool.
  • Enjoy the delicious and yummy paneer spring roll with mint chutney.
