Paneer Spring Roll | Recipe : How to make


Paneer Spring roll is found in East Asian and Southeast Asian Cuisine. It is one of the most popular snack in Asia for centuries. Paneer Spring  roll are filled with cabbage and other vegetable inside a wrapped cylinder shaped thin pastry. it is a popular crispy chinese starter. People Love to it this recipe because of roll’s crunchiness flavor.


  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • Salt as per to taste
  • Red chili powder, a squeeze
  • Vegetable oil for profound fricasseeing
  • For Filling
  • 1/4 cup paneer, ground
  • 1/4 cup cabbage, destroyed
  • 1/4 cup carrot, ground
  • 1/4 cup bell-pepper, cut into 1/2-inch long thin strips
  • 1 tbsp peas, crisp or frozen
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (coriander leaves), finely slashed
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • Salt as per to taste

Preparation Method of Paneer Spring Roll

  • In a blended bowl, blend the flours alongside somewhat salt and red Chili powder with require water into smooth dough. A little oil and cover and put aside.
  • Heat the oil in a frying-pan. In the case of utilizing crisp peas, saute the peas until almost until just about delicate.
  • Include the carrot, cabbage and bell-pepper, along with salt and red chili powder and stir-fried for a few minutes.
  • Include the paneer and blend for several seconds. Put it in a plate and let cool to room’s temperature. Blend in the cilantro and lime juice.
  • Separate the mixture into 1-inch breadth balls. Bring a dough ball and move on a floured surface into a slight roti (the better, the thinner, so when fried they get to be crunchy).
  • Removed the edges to make a long rectangle (around 5-6 inches in a length and 4-inches wide), and cut the roti into 2 cubes.
  • Place 2 tsp of the veggie and paneer filling on a cubes roti and roll it. Seal the edges and again repeat with the remaining square.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet and fried the paneer spring roll until softly golden and place on a wire rack or phulka grill to cool.
  • Again repeat with the remaining spring rolls.
  • Re-fried all the paneer spring roll until golden and let cool a bit.
  • Enjoy the delicious and yummy paneer spring roll with mint chutney.
